To ensure a smooth and comfortable stay for all our guests, please review our standard policies:

🕒 Check-in / Check-out
Check-in time is 12:00 PM (IST) and check-out time is 11:00 AM (IST).
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

📅 Cancellation & Amendment Policy
Cancellations made 3 days prior to arrival will not incur any charges.
Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival will attract one night retention charges.
Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of arrival will be charged one day room rent.
No-shows will also be charged accordingly.

👶 Child Policy
Children below 8 years can stay complimentary (without extra bed).

🪪 Identification Requirement
All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID with address proof at the time of check-in.

💳 Additional Charges
Room tariffs do not include room service, mini bar, snacks, or telephone charges, which will be billed separately.

🚫 Visitor Policy
Visitors are not permitted inside guest rooms.

🧳 Guest Belongings
The management is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

🏨 General Policy
All standard hospitality industry policies will apply where specific terms are not mentioned in the reservation confirmation.

 At Hotel Darshan Palace, we are committed to providing a smooth, transparent, and guest-friendly reservation experience. This policy applies to all bookings made through our website, email, telephone, or authorized booking partners.

By confirming a reservation, guests agree to the terms outlined below.

(Applicable for bookings up to 1–2 rooms)

✔ Free Cancellation
Guests may cancel their reservation up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date without any cancellation charges.

⚠ Late Cancellation
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur one night’s room charge including applicable taxes.

🚫 No-Show Policy
If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation:
• The booking will be treated as a No-Show
• One night’s room charge will be deducted
• Remaining nights may be released by the hotel

⏳ Early Departure
Guests checking out earlier than the confirmed departure date may incur one night retention charges, unless approved by management.

(Applicable for bookings of 2 rooms or more / group stays)

✔ Cancellation 15 Days Prior
Full cancellation made 15 days or more before arrival – No charges applicable

⚠ Cancellation 7–14 Days Prior
Cancellations within this period will attract 50% of the total booking value

❌ Cancellation Within 7 Days
Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will incur 100% of the booking amount

🔻 Reduction in Rooms
Reduction in confirmed rooms within 7 days of arrival will be treated as partial cancellation and charged accordingly

🚫 Group No-Show
Failure of the group to arrive without notice will result in 100% retention of the booking amount

💳 Refund Processing
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation

💰 Mode of Refund
Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment, unless agreed otherwise

🏦 Transaction Charges
Applicable bank charges / payment gateway fees may be deducted from the refund amount

🌐 Third-Party Bookings
Bookings made via OTAs (MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, etc.) must be cancelled through their respective platforms and will follow their policies

• Changes in booking dates, number of rooms, or guest details are subject to availability
• Room rates may vary based on revised dates
• All amendments must be requested via email or reservation contact

During festivals, holidays, or high-demand periods, special cancellation policies may apply
Guests will be informed at the time of booking

Hotel Darshan Palace shall not be held liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by:
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Public emergencies
• Strikes or unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, the hotel reserves the right to modify bookings or offer alternatives at its discretion

Hotel Darshan Palace reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
The latest version will always be available on official communication channels.
